Supporting local, sustainable, and organically grown and raised farms is so important. Please look into how you may be able to purchase produce and protein from your local farmers. They need all the help they can get so they can win the fight against cruel animal practices, unhealthy habits, and a society manipulated to think that food has to be cheap and fast and not earned.
